The hotel is brand new and it is situated very close to Eagle square. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cost effective.

The only down is the slamming doors. Sometimes the sound from the corridors is noisy. But this is not a bug problem

I have to be fair, cleanliness of the room plus free WiFi

No elevator No one help you to get your luggage up or down No refrigerator No facilities at all It is very expensive comparing to level of service

No lift & also nobody will help to carry your bags , some difficulties in wifi , & for food you had to arrange that .

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The bedroom is very small and the basin is fixing in the bedroom instead of bathroom. Only a very small area for hanging clothes as there is no wardrobe at all.

Just across the road to the Jetty, 24-hours restaurant (Malay food) & convenience store, duty-free shop, food stall / restaurant in every corner (western, thai, malays,vegetarian, seafood etc.)

No wain at the duty-free shop (only one shop)! Need to rent a car!
